As first time buyers, we were very fortunate to have Michelle as our agent. She helped us through in conversation with the lending process that can be overwhelming at times, while negotiating the details we needed, along with the other bargaining tools we didn’t know were available to us. We knew Michelle was from the area, and the comps she ran made it obvious. She’s also very capable of sourcing local contractors, in fact we recently had bathroom floors replaced while we were out of town. Michelle (5 months after she sealed our deal $35k below asking price) came over to oversee the installation by the contractor with acute detail, and sent us progress pictures through the process.
