In the meantime we were having trouble finding a rental property. Lots of different property managers weren’t replying so asked Michelle if she could help us out. She sent us MLS properties that met our needs and worked with the property managers on our behalf. Made a world of difference, and in less than a week we have an address and place to move into! She helped us through in conversation with the lending process that can be overwhelming at times, while negotiating the details we needed, along with the other bargaining tools we didn’t know were available to us.
